During our family vacation at L'Aurore in July, we truly enjoyed all the amenities offered for a peaceful retreat. The location across from Lake Annecy provided a picturesque backdrop for our stay. The kids loved having access to kayaks-it was a thrill to explore the calm waters together! We also appreciated the free laundry facilities; traveling with kids can get messy! The lodge's spacious apartment was perfect for our family, allowing us to relax and unwind. On our adventurous days, we set out for nearby hiking trails, creating lasting memories while reconnecting with nature. The charming town of Annecy nearby offers plenty of activities for families, from street performances to the delightful canals. L'Aurore has been a welcoming, convenient base for our adventures and was easy to navigate with ample parking for our motorcycle. A genuine find for family travelers!
